Helen Baroumis, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, GRI, CBR, RETP, is the Regional Director of the Laffey Real Estate North Shore Region. Her team of Branch managers in the North Shore and Queens service areas provide seller and buyers with excellent state-of-the art Real Estate technology and exposure to hundreds of Laffey specialists. Baroumis is armed with solid communication and interpersonal skill-set to establish and maintain rapport with clients and staff.
Helen joined Laffey Real Estate in 2011 as our Branch Manager in the Manhasset location and in 2018 was promoted to Regional Director. During her six years as Branch Manager Helen had the highest closed sales in the history of Manhasset. In her new role, Baroumis, a 34 year veteran of real estate, is responsible for participating in the hiring and training of new Branch Managers within the organization. She is tasked with getting the newest hires immersed in the corporate culture, procedures and orientation.

Along with her primary responsibilities, Helen is working with the Executive VP of Training to facilitate the educational segments for the Laffey Training Academy(LTA). She draws from her years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Instructor sanctioned by the Department of State and currently has privileges at Queens College, Long Island Board of Realtors and historically at Forest Hills High School and Medger Evers College.
A native of Greece, Baroumis is fluent in both reading and writing. She resides in the Auburndale section of Flushing. Versatile, results oriented real estate professional with 28 plus years of service in corporate real estate including industrial, multi-family, and retail property asset and portfolio management. Maintain a collaborative approach in leadership with the ability to foster a team-oriented environment while imparting knowledge to others on how to increase productivity. Utilize a diverse property qualification, strategy, proposal and closing. Armed with solid communication and interpersonal skill set to establish and maintain rapport with clients and staff.
